以邻硝基苯胺为原料,在SnCl2·2H2O/KI/HCl体系中,100℃条件下,一锅法合成12种苯并咪唑化合物.该方法以水为溶剂,条件温和,操作简单,催化剂易得,产率较高,为该类化合物的合成提供了一种新的便利方法.
Using o-nitroaniline as the starting material, benzimidazoles were prepared by the way of one-pot synthesis in the system of SnCl2· 2HEO/KI/HCl at the temperature of 100 ℃. The new method might be a convenient route to benzimidazoles for its adventages of simple operation, mild condition, high yield, available catalyst and water usage as solvent.
