为了适应当前大规模定制的发展趋势,增强企业对已有设计知识的重用,缩短产品开发周期,在产品平台规划中引入可适应设计理念。以公理设计作为指导框架,在对客户需求及产品功能结构分析的基础上,对起重机小车采用"Z"字形映射方法获得小车FR-DP映射图,构建小车的公理设计矩阵;在分析起重小车设计参数间的关联度基础上,建立小车设计关联矩阵;规划出小车的平台参数、变型参数和定制参数,进而根据设计要求对这3类参数进行调整和配置,最终实现起重机小车可适应平台设计。
The adaptable design is introduced in product platform planning in order to adapt to the present develop-ment requirements of mass customization, strengthen the reuse of existing design knowledge and to shorten theproduct design cycle. On the basis of user needs, market position, functional structure of product, by applying theaxiomatic design theory as guidance framework, this study establishes the axiomatic design matrix for the trolleybased on zigzagging mapping between functional requirements and design parameters. Then the design incidencematrix is obtained according to the sensitivity analysis of the design parameters' relationship. Finally, an exampleof the trolley is adopted to demonstrate the feasibility and practical value of the proposed method.
