利用矩阵变换及控制论的知识给出了wielandt-Hoffman定理的新证法,从而简化了原证法,并推广了wielandt-Hoffman不等式.

英文摘要：

In this paper we give a new proof of Wielandt-Hoffman inequality,which bases on the control theory,and predigest the originally proof.Then we also extend H-W inequality to the summation of matrices inequality.
