在考虑加工误差和安装误差的基础上,针对人字齿轮传动的特点,从人字齿轮轮齿接触分析(TCA)和承载接触分析(LTCA)入手,提出了人字齿轮均载特性的理论计算方法。以一对试验人字齿轮为例,根据检测得到的大、小轮左右端齿面齿距累积误差,计算得到人字齿轮的轴向位移,与检测得到数据进行比较,结果验证了所提出方法的正确性,为进一步人字齿轮动力学分析创造了条件。
According to transmission feature of double helical gears,based on tooth contact analysis(TCA) and loaded tooth contact analysis(LTCA),a theoretical calculation method of load sharing for double helical gears was proposed in which manufacturing and assembly errors were considered.In accordance with the measured total cumulative pitch error of left and right tooth surface for pinion and gear,the axial displacement was calculated and compared with the data from experiment.The comparison results show that the method proposed is correct,which set up a firm foundation for dynamics analysis of double helical gears.
