生防菌13-1是溶杆菌属Lysobacter的一类极具生防潜力的新型生防细菌。本试验从拮抗作用、定殖特性、营养竞争三方面来研究其生防机理。结果表明,生防菌13-1能对不同致病力的魔芋软腐病菌Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora产生拮抗作用;能在魔芋根部、根际土等生态位点定殖,定殖量维持在10^3-10^6cfu/g,定殖时间长达42d,表现出良好的环境适应性和稳定性;同时该菌株与魔芋软腐病菌具有46.88%的营养物质利用相似性,具有一定的营养竞争关系。两年田间防效结果显示,在2005、2006年对照病情指数分别为38.68和61.66的情况下,生防菌13-1对魔芋细菌性软腐病的控制效果分别达到79.16%和54.91%。
Lysobacter antibioticus strain 13-1 is a potential biocontrol agent against Amorphophallus konjac root soft rot disease caused by Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotovora(Ecc).Experiments showed that strain 13-1 was of antibacterial activity against Ecc strains with different virulence.It could colonize A.konjac roots and rhizosphere with 10^3-10^6 cfu/g for 42 d.Nutritional requirement experiments showed that the similarity of sole-carbon-source utilization between Ecc and 13-1 was 46.88%,suggesting a nutritional competition between the two micoorganisms.Strain 13-1 also significantly reduced the bacterial soft rot index of A.konjac in fields by 79.16% and 54.91% in two years,respectively.
