从实验室300多株水稻自叶枯菌株中挑选127株(云南省菌株和国内标准菌株),用含不同抗病基因的水稻近等基因系品种IRBB5、IRBB4、IRBB3、IRBB14、IRBB1和IR24作为鉴别品种。根据供试菌株与供试鉴别品种的互作反应,分为15个小种,标记为1~15。其中2,5,7,8为优势小种,6,10,11,14,15为云南特有小种类型,大理优势小种为2、7,丽江优势小种为7,保山优势小种为7、8、12,玉溪优势小种为2、8,红河优势优势小种为5。结果表明小种的分布受地理区域的影响。
127 strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae were selected from more than 300 strains in lab. The tested strains were classified into 15 pathogenic races based on strain-cultivar interaction by using 6 near-isogenic lines varieties with different resistance gene, IRBB5, IRBB4, IRBB3, IRBBI4, IRBB1 and IR24. Among them race 2, 5, 7 and 8 were dominant, 6, 10, 11, 14 and 15 were special races in Yunnan, 2, 7 in Dali, 7 in Lijiang, 7, 8, 12 in Baoshan, 2, 8 in Yuxi and 5 in Honghe were dominant race, respectively. The results indicated that race distribution of X. oryzae in Yunnan was affected by geographical region.
