为研究风力发电机组齿轮箱的故障特性,提高其工作的可靠性,以振动力学和有限元理论为基础,建立起了圆柱齿轮的有限元模型。对ANSYS中设计的直齿圆柱齿轮在一定载荷(频率)作用下的状态进行了有限元仿真分析,计算了齿轮频率和变形,求解结果显示出了其正常工作和故障频率情况下的形状、位移和等效应力的变化,研究结果对风力发电机组齿轮箱的故障诊断具有一定的参考价值。
To study the fault characteristics of the gear box of wind turbine generators and improve its reliability, the theories of vibration mechanics and finite element method were used to establish the finite element model for the cylinder gear. The simulation analysis of frequency and stress status of the cylindrical spur gear designed in ANSYS under a certain load (frequency) was conducted, and the frequencies and modal shapes were calculated. The changes of its shape, displacement, and stress under the normal frequency and abnormal frequency are presented respectively.
