风力发电具有波动性、间歇性和随机性的特点,大容量的风力发电接入电网,对电力系统的安全、稳定运行带来严峻挑战。对风速风功率进行预测,对风电场的出力进行短期预报,是解决这一问题的有效途径。对风速风功率预测方法进行了研究,从物理和统计方法对SVM(支持向量机)预测方法作了分析,支持向量机在风速风功率预测中有非常大的应用空间,并进行了预测实验。
Due to the features of being fluctuant, intermittent, and stochastic of wind power, interconnection of large capacity wind farms with the power grid will bring about impact on the safety and stability of power systems. To predict the wind speed and wind power as well as the short-term wind farm output is an effective way to solve the problem. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) based methods for predicting the wind speed and wind power were studied and analyzed, and a prediction test was conducted.
