地区电网与主网解列运行容易出现过电压,对此提出4种过电压抑制策略,包括集中控制、分散控制、频率优先控制和常备无功动态控制。以某10kV电网为例,在PSASP下建立仿真模型对上述4种控制策略进行对比仿真分析。结果表明:针对不同的电网类型,考虑无功电容的分布以及负荷类型对电网的影响,选择不同的控制策略切除电容,可以有效地抑制过电压且能更好地配合低频减载恢复电网稳定,对实际电网运行有一定的参考价值。
For overvohage maybe appeared when area grid splitting, four kinds of over-voltage inhibit strategies are conceived, including centralized control, decentralized control, frequency priority control and regular reactive dynamic control. Taking a certain 10 kV grid as an example, a simulation model is established under PSASP. Then simulation and analysis of four control strategies mentioned above is finished. Results show that in view of the different grid types, considering the influence of reactive capacitance distributions and load type on grid, to choice different control strategies to excise capacitance can inhibit over-voltage and better cooperate with under frequency load shedding to help grid restore stable.
