研究了用于分析产品冲突问题的约束理论(TOC)中的5个逻辑图表:当前实现树(CRT)、冲突解决图表(CRD)、将来实现树(FRT)、必备树(PRT)、转变树(TRT)。提出一种将发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)与TOC构造模型相结合的设计方法。利用所构造的产品当前实现树、冲突解决图表和TRIZ的矛盾冲突解决矩阵解决产品冲突问题,能够达到驱动产品44新设计的目的。
A process model of contradiction solving for TRIZ was briefly discribed, and thinking process of product conflict for TOC was explicated. Product conflict--solving innovation model was represented marrying TRIZ with TOC. Five legitimate diagrams(i, e. current reality tree,contradiction resolution diagram,future reality tree, prerequisite tree, transition tree) were analyzed. The design process of construction model was put forward solving product conflict according to current reality tree, legitimate diagrams and contradiction--solving matrix based on TOC and TRIZ. It is feasible to drive product innovation design using the design method.
