The concept design is the key stage of product innovation,and the function analysis of product and its principle resolution are the main tasks in the concept design.The function definition and function decomposition are the prerequisite of the function analysis.The su-field analyzing method of function analysis of TRIZ is introduced.Then a product innovation method that based on function analysis of su-field analysis is put forward.Finally an example is given to show the application of this method.
