Morphology is a subject with the characteristics of natural science and social science. From the perspective of morphology,the state governance can be defined as the following five types,i. e. ： physical form,theory form,system form,practice form and value form. By making a systematic study on the connotations,characteristics,functions and relations of different specific forms,it has an important theoretical and practical significance for us to clarify national governance form,expand the vision of the theory of national governance,carry out holistic research on national governance,and improve the practical ability and level of national governance.
