物体的惯性参数包括物体质心、惯性矩和惯性积,为了测量任意形状物体的惯性参数,设计和建立了一四簧倒立惯性参数测量试验台。通过测量物体在四簧倒立试验台上的摆动周期和平衡,不仅确定了物体的惯性矩和惯性积,也确定了物体的质心位置。四簧倒立试验台及其测量理论的可行性和可靠性由对长方体石块的试验结果验证,四簧倒立试验台已经应用于汽车动力总成惯性参数的测量。
The inertia parameters of a body include the center of mass,the moments of inertia,and the products of inertia.To measure the inertial parameters of arbitrarily shaped bodies,we establish a four spring handstand equipment for measuring inertial parameters.By measuring the swing cycles and balances of the body on the four spring handstand equipment,we can determine not only the inertial moment and products of the body,but also the center of mass.To verify the four spring handstand equipment,we measure the inertial parameters of a rectangular stone body.The four spring handstand equipment has been applied for measuring the inertia parameters of engine power assemblies.
