利用群的表示理论,给出了纤维复合板宏观弹性刚度张量的本构形式,给出了纤维复合板宏观力学性质与基体和纤维力学性质的关系,寻找出各向同性纤维复合板的简单构造方法,其结果将可用于纤维复合板力学性质的设计,达到降低纤维复合板制造成本的目的。通过有限元数值仿真了三向纤维复合板和四向纤维复合板的力学性质,仿真数据与基于Hill平均的纤维复合板宏观弹性刚度张量表达式的计算结果一致。
By group representation theory,the expression of the elastic stiffness tensors was derived for fiber composite plates,and the constitutive relations was given among the composite plates,matrices and fibers.Meanwhile,the method of constructing isotropic fiber composite plates was found out.The expression could be used to design the mechanics properties of fiber composite plates for simplifying the manufacture of fiber composite plates.By the finite element method,the elastic properties of fiber composite plates with 3 fiber orientations or 4 fiber orientations were calculated.The expression based on Hill's average is checked by numerical simulations of the finite element method.
