基于对单角钢八地脚螺栓塔脚板的数值仿真计算,分析了塔脚板的受力状态及传力机制,给出了塔脚板厚度的设计表达式。根据计算表达式设计了相应的实体塔脚板模型,并在室内开展了真型试验,真型试验结果表明所设计的塔脚板底板满足承载力要求,数值仿真计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了塔脚板厚度计算表达式的合理性。相较于现行规范设计的塔脚板厚度,由本文提出的表达式而设计的塔脚板厚度能够降低约33%。
Through numerical simulation computation for single angle eight foundation bolts bottom plate,the analysis of stress state and load transfer mechanism leaded to expression of thickness of bottom plate. The inner full scale test was carried out with the model designed according to the expression. The experimental results meet the requirements of bearing capacity and coincide with numerical simulation computation which in turn validates the rationality of calculation expression of bottom plate's thickness and has instruction significance in project. Compared to thickness of bottom plate by the current standard designed,the thickness of bottom plate designed by formula in this paper could be reduced about 33%.
