Based on the synergetic theory,the mechanism of the operational efficiency of power market was analyzed and the corresponding analytical framework was established.An order parameter evolution equation,reflecting the operational situation of the market,was constructed through Haken model.By combining with the northeast power market of China,the data and the boundary value of the order parameter in effective operation were given through this equation.
