There is certain deviation in wind farm output forecast, it is necessary for dispatch and operation department to purchase power adjustment services from AGC units so as to maintain system power balance, thus system operation cost is increased. This part of cost increment should be allocated to each wind farm with a certain output forecast deviation to embody fairness and efficiency. Based on the calculation of system operation cost under wind farm dispatch with priority, this paper identifies system operation cost increment under wind farm output forecast deviation and proposes a reasonable cost increment allocation scheme. The paper can provide certain references for system dispatch and operation department in identifying and allocating system operation cost increment under wind farm output forecast deviation.
