Based on the full consideration made on its weave structure, quality requirements of loop warps in weaving and effect of cone dyeing of warp ends of bath towel with surface and back loop warps, a sizing process is determined ： use of starch as main material, using lower concentration and medium temperature in sizing box. Meanwhile a reasonable harness and reed warp drawing-in method is applied. The bath towel is thus woven successfully with better weaving efficiency and product quality.
