根据细特色织毛巾面料的特点,进行了初始浆纱实验,并对上浆和织造过程中出现的问题进行了分析,重新调整了浆纱工艺:通过降低整经经轴的幅宽来提高上浆覆盖率;通过提高浆液浓度和上调主压浆辊压力使地经纱和毛经纱的上浆率均得到提高;通过降低浆槽浆液温度来减轻色纱的褪色。最终在喷气织机上实现了90%以上的织造效率,并且产品质量得到了较好的保障。
Initial sizing experiment is carried out based on the characteristics of yarn-dyed towel fabric made of fine count yarn, and the sizing process has been adjusted after analyzing the problems existed in sizing and weaving. Sizing coverage ratio is enhanced by decreasing warp beam width. Sizing uptake of body warps and loop warps is increased by increasing size concentration and pressure of main squeezing roller. Temperature in sizing box is reduced to reduce dyed yarn decolour. Weaving efficiency of more than ninety percentage is achieved on air-jet looms with production quality is improved.
