为研究评价Sam Pave沥青胶浆性能,使其能够改善应力吸收层性能,利用沥青结合料常规试验、测力延度试验等测试了Sam Pave胶浆低温拉伸性能及感温性能,分析了粉胶比对不同性能指标的影响。结果显示,随粉胶比增加,针入度、延度及弹性恢复率降低,软化点提高;拉伸荷载峰值、拉伸劲度呈增加趋势,而拉伸断裂能呈先增加后降低状态;掺加矿粉降低了胶浆的感温性,但是改善幅度受矿粉用量影响。可见,合理的粉胶比能够显著提高胶浆性能,推荐粉胶比0.9-1.3范围作为Sam Pave应力吸收层合理用量。
In order to study of the performance evaluation of Sam Pave modified bituminous binder,improving the stress absorbing layer properties,Sam Pave modified bituminous binder low temperature tensile properties and thermal properties are tested by using asphalt binder routine test,force-ductility etc,which analyzed the influence of filler-bitumen ratio on the different performance indexes. Result shows that penetration,ductility and elastic recovery rate is reduced,softening point increase with the increase of ratio rubber powder,peak tensile load,and the tensile stiffness increased,while the tensile fracture can first increase and then decrease state. Mineral powder reduces the temperature susceptibility of bituminous binder,but has improved by mineral powder dosage effect. Visible,reasonable fillerbitumen ratio can significantly improve the performance of bituminous binder. Recommend filler-bitumen ratio from 0. 9 to 1. 3 range as a reasonable dosage of Sam Pave stress-absorbing membrane interlayer.
