目的研究中药二黄散对伴有人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染的宫颈上皮内廇变Ⅰ级（CINⅠ）患者宫颈组织Tbet、GATA3免疫蛋白的影响。方法选取伴有HPV感染的CINⅠ50例患者行二黄散治疗,观察不同时间宫颈病变及HPV转归情况,采用免疫组化检测治疗前后宫颈组织T-bet、GATA3的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果治疗3个月后CINⅠ和HPV转归率分别为76.0%、48.0%。治疗3个月后宫颈组织T-bet蛋白表达升高（P〈0.01）,GATA3蛋白表达降低（P〈0.01）,T-bet/GATA3较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.01）。结论中药二黄散对伴有HPV感染的CINⅠ患者有较好的治疗作用,其治疗机制可能为：上调T-bet蛋白的表达,以增强Th1细胞因子IFN-γ,相应地使Th2/Th1平衡向Th1偏移,从而发挥抗HPV作用及治疗宫颈病变的作用。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate influence of TCM Erhuansan on T-bet and GATA3 immunoprotein in cervical tissue of CINⅠpatients combined with human papilloma virus（ HPV） infection.Methods A total of 50 cases with CINⅠcombined with HPV infection were treated with TCM Erhuansan.Cervical lesions in different periods and HPV prognosis were observed.Expression of T-bet and GATA3 cervical tissue was assayed by immunohistochemistry,and the results were analyzed combined with clinical data.Results After 3 months of treatment,prognosis rate of CINⅠand HPV was 76.0% and 48.0%,respectively.Expression of T-bet immunoprotein in cervical tissue increased（ P 〈 0. 01）,but expression of GATA3 immunoprotein decreased（ P〈0.01）.T-bet / GATA3 significantly increased compared with those before treatment（ P〈 0.01）. Conclusion TCM Erhuansan has positive effect on CINⅠpatients combined with HPV infection.Its treatment mechanism may be raising expression of T-bet to enhance cytokines IFN-γ in Th1 cytokines,and make Th2 / Th1 balance shift to Th1 correspondingly,so as to play an important role in the defence of HPV and in the treatment of cervical lesion.
