研究了0.2%Tu-2制剂对肉兔肠道消化酶活性及生长性能的影响,进一步探讨酶对肉兔的作用机理,为该制剂的生产和应用提供试验依据。选用体格健壮、体重基本相同的35日龄肉兔120只,随机平均分成对照组和试验组两组。对照组自始至终饲喂基础日粮,试验组35-59日龄在基础日粮中添加0.2%Tu-2制剂,然后停止添加Tu-2制剂。观察并记录肉兔粪便中4种消化酶活性变化规律和生长情况。结果表明,添加0.2%Tu-2制剂后,肉兔粪便中纤维素酶、蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶的平均酶活力比对照组提高幅度分别为36.65%、31.81%、20.99%、23.08%。平均增重提高16.40%,料重比降低14.15%。但当停饲Tu-2制剂后,试验组中肉兔各项指标又逐渐接近对照组。由此可以说明,Tu-2制剂可以改善肉兔肠道内生态环境,提高肉兔肠道多种消化酶活性,增加饲料转化率,改善肉兔的生长性能。
120 thirty-five days-old meat rabbits were randomly divided into two groups and fed with basic diet and basic diet added Tu-2 preparation of 0.2% for 24 days. The effects of Tu-2 preparation on digestive enzyme activity in intestine and growth performance of meat rabbits and the action mechanism of enzyme on meat rabbit were studied. The activities of four intestinal enzymes including cellulase, protease, a-amylase and lipease in meat rabbit manure and the growth performance of meat rabbit were detected. The results showed that the activities of cellulose, protease, α-amylase and lipease in meat rabbit manure after fed with Tu-2 preparation of 0.2% were higher than those in control group by 36.65%, 31.81%, 20.99% and 23.08%, respectively. The average daily gain increased 16.14%. The feed to weight gain ratio decreased 14.15%. When the feeding of Tu-2 preparation was stopped, the indexes in test group were close to the control group gradually. It is indicated that Tu-2 preparation can improve activities of some intestinal digestive enzyme in meat rabbit intestine, increase the feed translation efficiency and promote the growth performance of meat rabbit.
