为明确枯草芽孢杆菌( Bacillus subtilis) Z-27制剂饲喂育肥猪的效果,将供试育肥猪分为试验组和对照组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组0~30 d饲喂添加0.1% Z-27菌剂的基础日粮,31~40 d饲喂不添加Z-27菌剂的基础日粮,计算各组育肥猪的平均日增体质量及料重比;采集粪便并使用鉴别培养基进行培养和菌落计数;测定粪便中蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶等消化酶活力及粗蛋白、淀粉、粗脂肪、粗纤维素等营养成分含量。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组平均日增体质量提高了9.84%,料重比降低了7.05%;以试验8~30 d的数据平均值计算,试验组育肥猪粪便中大肠杆菌数量降低了34.23%(P〈0.05),乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、芽孢杆菌数量分别提高了40.05%(P〈0.05)、30.76%(P〈0.05)、52.79%(P〈0.05);粪便中蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶的平均活力分别提高了67.74%(P〈0.01)、51.19%(P〈0.01)、75.33%(P〈0.01)、64.41%(P〈0.01),β-葡聚糖酶的平均活力仅提高2.59%(P〉0.05);粪便中残留的粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪和淀粉等营养成分含量分别下降了39.10%(P〈0.05)、29.56%(P〈0.05)、26.03%(P〈0.05)和33.46%(P〈0.05)。综上,Z-27制剂能够抑制大肠杆菌等肠道病原菌,促进乳酸菌等有益菌的生长,维持育肥猪肠道微生态平衡,同时产生多种消化酶,有利于提高饲料转化率,提高育肥猪生长性能。
Application effects of Bacillus subtilis Z-27 preparation on feeding fattening pigs,which were divided into the test group and the control group,were studied by feeding complete feed added with 0. 1%Z-27 preparation to the test group during 0—30 days,and feeding complete feed to the control group. Both of two groups were fed the complete feed during 31—40 days. The average daily gain and feed-gain ratio were calculated by daily record. The bowel microflora in fattening pigs fecal samples were cultured and counted with differential mediums. Activities of digestive enzymes and nutritional ingredients in fattening pigs fecal samples were determined. Results showed that average daily gain of fattening pigs in the test group was increased by 9. 84%. Feed-gain ratio in the test group was decreased by 7. 05%. E. coli in fecal samples of the test group was decreased by 34. 23%(P〈0. 05). Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and Bacillus were increased by 40 . 05%( P 〈0 . 05 ) , 30 . 76%( P 〈0 . 05 ) and 52 . 79% ( P 〈0 . 05 ) , respectively,compared with the control group. Activities of protease,α-amylase, cellulose and lipase in fecal samples of the test group were increased by 67. 74%(P〈0. 01),51. 19%(P〈0. 01),75. 33%(P〈0. 01),64. 41% (P〈0. 01)respectively,compared with the control group. But activities of β-glucanase showed no significant variation, only 2. 59%( P 〉0. 05 ) promotion compared with the control group. Contents of crude protein,crude fiber,crude fat and starch were decreased by 39.10%(P 〈0.05), 29. 56%(P〈0. 05),26. 03%(P 〈0. 05) and 33. 46%(P 〈0. 05),respectively,compared with the control group. Research showed that Bacillus subtilis Z-27 preparation could inhibit E. coli and could promote the growth of beneficial bacterium, which was in favor of maintaining microecological balance.
