目的:探讨近红外光谱技术(NIRS)测量帕金森(PD)大鼠纹状体区局部优化散射系数(μs’)与局部脑血容量(rCBV)的特点。方法:利用光学探头微创测量40只模型组大鼠毁损侧与健侧纹状体区的μ’s与rCBV,并与20只假手术组和20只正常组大鼠双侧纹状体测量结果进行比较。结果:模型组毁损侧μs’与rCBV值分别与模型组健侧、假手术组和正常组双侧比较具有统计学差异(P〈0.05);模型组健侧、假手术组和正常组双侧之间比较未见统计学差异。结论:通过近红外微创光学探头可以测量PD大鼠纹状体部的μs’与rCBV变化。
Objective:To explore the features of reducing scattering coefficient(μs') and regional cerebral blood volume(rCBV) in striatum corpora of rats with Parkinson's disease(PD) by the near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS).Methods:The impaired and uninjured sides of 40 PD rats' striatum corpora were measured mini-invasively by optic fiber probe revealing μs' and CBV,then the data were compared with both sides of 20 rats in sham operated group and 20 rats in normal group.Results:The results of μs' and rCBV in impaired side of PD were different comparing with the uninjured side,both sides,sham operated and normal groups,respectively;there was no difference comparing with the uninjured side of PD group and both sides of sham operated and normal groups.Conclusion:The changes of μs' and rCBV in rat with PD can be detected in vivo by means of NIRS technique.
