针对稳态数学模型动态补偿的实践问题,提出了适用于工业生产过程动态仿真的新的动态补偿方法。稳态模型在过程仿真应用时,依据实际生产的对应过程数据来确定其动态特性及动态补偿的具体算式,设计了稳态数学模型动态补偿方法的逻辑流程,并在动态补偿中考虑实际噪声的影响。结合实际案例表明了该方法在实践中的实施步骤,该方法能够显著提高过程仿真的动态精度。稳态模型动态补偿的过程,应与整个仿真系统开发过程中的其它相关活动协调实施。
Aimed at the difficulties of dynamic compensation of Steady-state model, an innovative approach of dynamic compensation for industrial process simulation is proposed. For the steady state model, dynamic characteristics and the parameters of dy namic compensation can be estimated according to the corresponding actual data of process. The logic process of dynamic compen sation of steady state method is shown. And actual noise is processed in the dynamic compensation. Combined with the actual case, the steps of the method in practice is specified. It is proved by practice that precision of dynamic process simulation is improved through this approach. The process of dynamic compensation is associated with the whole development process of simw lation system.
