Food Biotechnology major in Qingyuan Polytechnic implements modern apprenticeship including college-enter- prise joint enrollment and dual talents＂ cultivation. During the execution of modern apprenticeship, difficulties mainly lied in ex- ternal policy environment, the internal environment of schools, enterprises and the interests; while the solution needs the concert- ed efforts of multiple parties including national and local government, businesses, schools and society.
