This paper discusses the content of mathematics humanistic spirit under the base of the whole human culture. It clarifies that the mathematics humanistic spirit is the link between scientific spirit and humanistic spirit. In addition, it suggests that setting up the course of＇ Mathematical Culture＇ in the vocational ＆technical college is a new method to promote humanistic education, as well as fusion of mathematics literacy education and humanistic literacy education.
