The mathematical culture course setting up in the vocational college is the deepening reform of vocational math education, the innovation of education concept, contents and models, the new approach to improve the students' mathematical literacy, which meaning surpasses a science or scientific tools of other disciplines. This paper explores the disciplines of mathematics education fusing with the humanistic education.
