改进了一个耦合气体流道和气体扩散层的两相、三维和多组分质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)模型,研究4种流道形式对PEMFC输出性能的影响。设定温度为70℃,有效面积为3.61 cm~2的情况下,发现单边交指单蛇形流道的性能最好,单蛇形流道的性能最差。阳极流场的形状对PEMFC性能的影响不大。单边交指单蛇形流道的阴极氧气浓度分布最均匀,浓度差值为6.41 mol/m~3,同时排水性能最好,阴极流道内水浓度差值为10.25 mol/m~3。
In order to study the output performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell( PEMFC) under normal temperature in different flow field,a coupling gas passage was improved and two-phase,three-dimensional,multi-component PEMFC model for gas diffusion layer was established. The influence of four kinds of flow field was considered on the output performance of PEMFC. Under the condition that the temperature was set 70 ℃ and the effective area was set 3. 61 cm~2,it was found that the performance of the single-side interdigital single serpentine flow field was the best,and the single serpentine flow field was the worst. The shape of the anode flow field had little effect on the performance of the PEMFC. The single-side interdigital single serpentine flow field had the most uniform oxygen concentration distribution. The oxygen concentration difference was 6. 41 mol/m~3. It also had the best drainage performance. The water concentration difference was 10. 25 mol/m~3 in the cathode flow field.
