结合建设用地综合效益评价和空间自相关分析,为浙西南城市群建设用地分区管制和精细化管理提供依据。分析结果表明:浙南城市群各县市之间的建设用地利用综合效益差异较大,且存在明显的空间溢出作用;浙南城市群建设用地效益呈现区域集聚性;建设用地管制区可划分为调整优化区、协调发展区、重点发展区、适度发展区和生态保护区。研究认为:建设用地分区管制要依据建设用地效益以及区域发展特征,并制定差异化政策。
Combined with a comprehensive evaluation of the benefits of construction land and spatial autocorrelation analysis,the purpose of this study is to provide a basis for regional construction land regulated zoning and precise management.The results show the following.(1)There is a significant difference between the counties that benefit and there are spatial spillover effects.(2)The benefits of construction land use show regional agglomeration.(3)The construction land of the urban agglomeration of southern Zhejiang can be divided into adjusting and optimizing zones:a coordinated development zone,key development zone,moderate development zone,and ecological reserve zone.The study concludes that regulated zoning of construction land should be based on the characteristics of land and regional conditions,and strategies need to be differentiated.
