利用专利数据,从产业分布、机构分布、区域分布、国外分布和发展趋势五个方面,分析了中国战略性新兴产业的创新现状、特征及提升路径。研究结果显示:企业是战略性新兴产业创新的主体,主要创新方式是自主创新,合作创新较少;区域创新不平衡,主要成果集中在江苏、广东、北京、浙江、上海等经济发达的东部地区,西部欠发达地区专利成果较少;国外在华申请专利的主要国家是日本和美国,日本在新一代新兴技术领域具有创新优势,美国则在生物领域具有创新优势;战略性新兴产业总体创新能力呈增长态势,但七大产业内部发展不均衡。最后,针对中国战略性新兴产业创新特征,提出创新能力的提升路径。
By using the patent data, this paper analyzes the innovation status, characteristics and upgrading path of China's strategic emerging industries from five aspects:the development trend, industrial distribution, organization distribution,regional distribution and foreign distribution. The results showed that overall innovation ability is increasing, but the inter-nal development of seven industries is imbalance. Enterprises are the main innovation organization, and the main pattern isindependent innovation not cooperation innovation. There is unbalance innovation development between on eastern andwestern regions of china and most of the patents are created by economically developed eastern areas, such as Jiangsu,Guangdong, Beijing, Zhejiang and Shanghai, however, there are few patents in the undeveloped western areas. Foreign pa-tent applications in China are most from Japan and the United States, and Japan has advantages in the new generation of e-merging technology, however, the United States has the advantage in the field of biology. Finally, upgrading path are givenaccording to the characteristics of China' s strategic emerging industries.
