英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the present status and features of China＇s strategic emerging industries from four aspects： development trend, industrial distribution, spatial distribution and enterprise structure. The results show that strategic emerging industries growth strongly, but the internal development of seven industries is imbalance. There is obvious industrial agglomeration, and strategic emerging industries mainly concentrates in Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Guangdong which are the cores of the Bohai sea Region, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl three angle region. The Northeast Region and Western Region, however, are backward. There are gaps among different regions. The polarization can be witnessed with emergences of new leading companies.
