通过对跨企业产品协同开发任务分解过程的分析,提出了相应的任务分解原则.利用模糊匹配法考查供应商关于新产品的设计和制造能力,判断任务分解的可行性;同时引人任务间影响度和响应度概念考查子任务间交互与影响,最终将任务分解为相对独立的子任务集合.基于分解得到的设计任务集合以及待选供应商集合,将供应商产品质量、成本等任务分配影响因素和供应商信息及其资源利用状况等供应商影响因素相结合,建立设计对象的分配优化模型.综合考虑任务分配的影响因素,基于提出的任务分配策略和分配原则,选择跨企业产品协同开发链中的最优供应商.
The process of task decomposition was analyzed and the relevant principles were proposed. The new product's design and manufacturing capacities of suppliers were measured and the feasibility of task decomposition was estimated using a proposed fuzzy matching methodology. The interaction and influence between sub-tasks were examined using the concepts of influence degree and responsibility degree, at last, the task was decomposed into independent sub-task sets. Based on the collections of design sub-tasks and candidate suppliers, the impact factors such as product quality and cost etc. and the information and resource utility of suppliers were considered synthetically, then an optimal allocation model of design object were established. Based on the proposed task allocation strategy and principle, the corresponding algorithm was used for selecting proper designer or supplier for product collaborative development chain.
