本文利用中国2001～2010年35个工业行业的面板数据,分别考察了FDI后向、前向技术外溢对工业碳减排的影响,同时估算了研发投入强度、所有制结构、行业结构等行业特征对FDI技术外溢的碳减排效应的影响。研究显示,外资企业通过后向关联的技术外溢有利于工业碳减排,经由前向关联的技术外溢短期内能促进工业碳减排,但对长期工业碳减排存在明显的抑制作用;反映吸收能力的行业特征指标对FDI技术外溢的工业碳减排效应的影响存在较大差异。

英文摘要：

Based on the panel data from 35 Chinese industrial sectors from 2001 to 2010,this article examines the effects of backward technology spillovers from FDI and forward technology spillovers from FDI on the industrial carbon abatement,evaluates the influence of these industry characters such as RD intensity,system structure and industrial structure on the effect of FDI technology spillovers on the industrial carbon abatement.Conclusions are as follows： Backward technology spillovers from FDI have significant promotion effects on the industrial carbon abatement,and forward technology spillovers from FDI also have obvious promotion effects on the industrial carbon abatement in short term but obviously hinder the effects on the long-term industrial carbon abatement.The industrial character indexes representing the absorptive capability have different impacts on the effects of FDI technology spillovers on the industrial carbon abatement.
