基于1997年—2009年中国省级大中型工业企业面板数据,运用系统广义矩估计方法实证发现市场化改革所带来的制度改进有效地促进了出口对内资企业的技术创新外溢,当控制市场化进程对出口的技术创新外溢效应后,出口对内资企业技术创新是负面影响;并进一步得到当市场化指数大于8.02,出口才会对内资企业技术创新带来正效应,我国只有北京、天津等10个省市的出口促进了内资企业的技术创新,从区域角度来看,只有东部地区的出口对内资企业的技术创新产生的是正效应;其次发现进口和市场化进程也具有显著的互补效应,控制市场化进程对进口的技术创新外溢效应后,进口对内资企业的技术创新的正面影响不显著。

英文摘要：

Based on the 1997 - 2009 years of provincial panel data of large and medium - sized industrial en- terprises, The article uses system GMM estimation method empirical study and find that market reform bringing system improvement effectively promote the technology innovation spillover for export to domestic enterprises, after controlling the technology innovation spillover for export to domestic enterprises of marketing process, the influ- ence of technology innovation for export to domestic enterprises is negative; and further find that when the market index is greater than 8.02, the influence of technology innovation for export to domestic enterprises is positive, only exports of Beijing, Tianjin and other eight provinces have promote technology innovation of domestic enterpri- ses, from a regional perspective, only export of eastern area has promote technology innovation of domestic enter- prises; secondly, the article finds that the import and marketing process also has significant complementary effect, after controlling the technology innovation spillover for import to domestic enterprises of marketing process, the positive influence of technology innovation for import to domestic enterprises is not significant.
