Since 2011, China＇ s regional economic develo um overall. However, Chinese regional configuration remains pment has stepped into the period of relative equilibri- unchanged. Due to the economic growth mode is rela- tively backward and international economic cyclical factors, China＇ s economic growth is facing difficulties. In this background, Chinese regional configuration will be two wings drive the rise of central China, thus forming a sea and land as a whole, what each other aid, open new pattern for the world.
