供给侧改革是新时期经济工作的主线。它的提出与当前我国供需结构失衡的问题相适应。供需结构失衡的问题在区域经济层面主要表现为区域经济发展不协调。基于此种经济背景,本文基于供给侧改革的视角,运用新供给经济学的理论学说,对我国区域经济协调发展中的供给侧问题、区域制度供给不足的原因进行分析,并提出相应的政策建议。

英文摘要：

The Supply-side Reform is the main line of economic work in the new period. It is proposed to adapt to the current imbalance structure between supply and demand in China. In the regional economic level, the imbalance structure between supply and demand embodies mainly as that the regional economic development is uncoordinated. Based on this economic background, this paper analyses regional economy＇s uncoordinated problem in the supply side, the regional institutional supply shortage＇s reason, in the Supply-side reform＇s perspective and using the theory of New Supply Economics. In the end, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
