采用红外光谱ATR技术,建立了一种对鲜品山药快速无损分析的方法。比较了ATR技术、溴化钾压片法及常规透射法3种方法的红外光谱谱图,并用ATR技术对不同厚度及种类的山药试样分别进行实验。结果表明,ATR技术测试结果与溴化钾压片法一致,较常规透射方法更为准确,厚度等外部因素对测试结果基本无影响。本实验建立了一种制样简单、操作快捷且信息全面的分析鲜品山药的新方法,可以为中药材的质量控制和快速鉴定提供参考。
We construct a rapid non-destructive analysis approach for fresh yam by ATR infrared spectroscopy technology. We also compare the infrared spectrum of ATR technique, IR potassium bromide tablet, and conventional transmission method. We further test different thickness and types yam samples by ATR technique. Results show that the result of ATR technique is identical to that of conventional IR potassium bromide tablet, and more accurate and efficient than that of conventional transmission method. Sample thickness has no influence on test results. This experiment establishes a simple, rapid, and information comprehensive analysis method for fresh yarn. It can provide a reference for quality control and rapid identification of Chinese herbal medicines.
