针对细菌在通气培养与取样过程中存在的不方便、不灵活、易污染等问题,提出了改进办法,并自主设计了一套既可用于单独培养或取样,也可同时用于培养与取样的实验装置,并对此装置的特征以及优点进行了阐述。实践表明,该装置的研制不仅能使学生从微生物学常规的经典实验中建立创新意识,而且还能使学生树立自主知识产权的保护意识,极大地推动了创新性实验与基础性实验的有机结合。
In view of the experimental problems such as inconvenience, inflexibility, pollution during the bacteria sampling and aerobic incubation, this paper designed an either sampling or culturing, or both sampling and culturing experimental device. Its characteristics and advantages were described. The practice shows that students can not only culture innovative consciousness on the common microbiology experiment, but also establish protection idea of independent intellectual property during researching the device which greatly promote the organic combination of innovative experiment and basic experiment.
