Structural reform of supply front is the strategic development priority during the 13th Five Years. Under this background, referring to the requirement of strategic emerging industries, it demonstrated the main focus of future development for recycling industry, and put forward that the recycling industry should catch the new demand trend, and aim at comprehensive or customized demand for resource recycling, high-quality material or product demand, health, safety and environment-friendly demand, as well as the demand for facilitation and intelligence. The structural reform of supply front of recycling industry should be pushed forward, including improving the enterprise competitive strength, reducing outdated capacity, exerting innovation effect, and breaking the conventional thinking, so as to achieve the transformation and update of industry.
