Along with the modernization and industrialization development of recycling industry, the recyclers meet scale-down and operation difficulties. Aiming at if the recyclers will vanish, this paper demonstrated the environment changes and their impact on recycler＇s decision making, and analyzed the impetus, attraction, resistance and pressure that recyclers were faced. The social groups of recyclers are closely related to the recycling industry, so it is suggested to pay them more attention.
