揭示了能源可持续发展标准对电力系统规划的影响,在该标准的基础上,建立综合考虑电力系统投资运行成本、温室气体排放量和能源多元化的多目标电力系统扩展规划模型。将低碳电力技术成本、碳排放成本以及需求侧管理成本加人成本目标函数,通过建立多目标规划的折中模型寻找不同目标之间的最优方案。利用该模型对某地区的电力系统扩展规划进行研究,并阐述了研究结果。
In this paper, after describing the effects of energy sustainable development on power system planning, a model for muhi-objective power system expansion planning is proposed under low-carbon economy, which integrates the investment and operation cost, greenhouse gas emissions and energy diversity. Some low-carbon factors such as the cost of low-carbon power technology, carbon emission cost and demand-side management cost are added up to the cost objective function. On this basis, the compromise method is used to define the optimal scheme among the differ- ent objectives. In addition, an actual case is studies based on one provincial power system in China by applying the proposed model and the results prove it more feasible and effective for the sustainable development of future power system.
