由于风电间歇性的存在,风电与水电协调运行能够在兼顾双方利益的同时,提高风能利用效率。本文即是在考虑与风电共用输电容量的情况下,建立了水电生产的日前计划方法。在水电企业和风力发电企业共享输电线路,但水电企业有输电优先权的发电情况下,该算法提供了发生输电阻塞时,水电风电有效的协调方法,基于风电预测的不确定性和市场电价不确定性,得到基准情景和水电风电协调情景下的生产计划。本文最后用利用算例分析验证了调度模型的可行性。
Due to the intermittent nature of wind power, a coordinated operation of wind power and hydropower can improve the total efficiency of energy utilization. This paper presents a one day-ahead planning algorithm for hydropower system that is coordinated with wind power. This algorithm is applicable to the real situations that both powers belong to different utilities but share the same transmission lines and hydropower has a higher priority in using power transmission. In the condition of transmission congestion, it is necessary to dispatch the powers for minimization of wind energy curtailments while considering the uncertainty in power market price and the uncertainty in wind power generation. A case study is used to demonstrate and verify this dispatch model.
