目的了解参保职工对基本医疗保险制度改革运行的满意度,探索影响满意度的原因,为医保政策调整提供参考。方法采用问卷调查的方法,结合因子分析和logistic回归分析方法对1735位参保职工参保综合满意度进行评价以及对参保职工满意度的影响因素进行分析。结果大部分参保职工对南京市基本医疗保险制度是认同的,但满意度一般;同时发现参保职工的满意度呈明显的年龄、收入和文化程度等人群特征性分布。结论应加强参保职工的满意度研究,采取有效措施,提高参保职工的满意度。
Objective To study satisfactory to basic medical insurance scheme and explore the influencing factors, therefore to make some suggestions to the adjustment of the scheme. Methods The factor analysis approach and the logistic regression analysis method were used to analyze 1 735 insureds' questionaires from an investigation carried out in Nanjing city. Results The satisfaction level was not high and it was influenced by factors such as age, income and educational degree. Conclusion More attention should be paid on the research of the insurants' satisfaction to this insurance scheme and some effective measures should be taken to improve the insurants' satisfaction level.
