目的通过对江苏省异地就医人员进行问卷调查,分析目前江苏省异地就医人员对异地就医现状的满意程度及存在的问题,从而探寻有效解决江苏省异地就医问题的途径与方法。方法随机抽取江苏省2007年1000位异地就医人员进行问卷调查。调查数据采用Excel软件建立数据库,采用SPSS11.0、Excel等软件对异地就医人员基本情况进行描述性统计分析,运用Logistic回归分析探寻性别、职退情况、收入水平、报销等待时间、垫付费用情况、医保经办机构服务质量、对相关政策的了解程度与异地就医人群满意度之间的关系。结果收入水平、门诊及住院选择哪级医院、平均每次垫付医疗费用数、报销等候时间、报销手续是否方便、本地医保机构服务质量、对相关政策是否了解这些因素与满意度相关(P〈0.05),而性别、职退情况、异地就医类型、报销费用间隔时间与满意度无关(P〉0.05)。结论应构建异地就医费用结算平台,完善报销政策,加快社区医院建设,提高异地就医服务质量,加大宣传力度。
Objective To analyze the satisfaction of ecdemic population for medical care and the existing problems now in Jiangsu Province through conducting questionnaire survey, so as to seek the way and method to effectively resolve the problems of ecdcmic medical care in Jiangsu Province. Methods A database was established by using Excel software ; the descriptive statistical analysis of basic conditions of ecdemic population for medical care was conducted by using SPSS11.0 and Excel software; and the correlations of satisfaction of the population to the gender, occupation, income, waitingtime for reimbursement, advanced cost, service of the medical insurance agency, and awareness of the relative policies were all analyzed by using Logistic regression. Results The factors such as income level, choice of admitted hospital level, average quantity of advanced cost, waiting - time for reimbursement, convenience in reimbursement, service of the medical insurance agency had remarkable correlation with the satisfaction (P 〈 0. 05 ). But the factors such as gender, occupation, type of ecdemic visit, and interval of reimbursement had no significant association with the satisfaction (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion We should establish a platform of medical fee settlement, improve the policy for reimbursement, speed up the establishment of community hospital, and raise the Service quality of medical care, and enhance the propaganda.
