利用虚拟仪器、数据库和无线网络技术设计开发基于C/S与B/S混合结构的滚动轴承远程监测系统,整个系统由下位机实时监测子系统、上位机监测诊断子系统以及两者的数据通信3部分组成,能够满足实时数据的获取与处理(尤其是大型二进制数据的存储问题)、异常数据的筛选与上传以及远程用户的信号分析和故障诊断等工作。对6309深沟球轴承的全寿命周期试验结果表明:该系统能够实时监测轴承的运行状态,并通过对筛选后的异常数据进一步分析得到故障原因和故障部位,具有较高的实用价值。
A remote monitoring system of rolling bearing using the virtual instrument, database and wireless network technology was developed which has a composite structure based on C/S and B/S structure .The system consists of three parts: data acquisition-side, monitoring and diagnosisside, and data communication. It can realize the real-time data acquisition and processing, the abnormal data screening and uploading as well as signal analysis and fault diagnosis by the remote users. The life-cycle test of deep groove ball bearing-6309 shows that the system can implement the real-time monitoring of the test bearing and find out the fault's cause and position through further analysis of abnormal data. This system is of pratical value.
