选用3种市售聚乙烯保鲜袋:PE(-60~100℃)、HDPE(-60~110℃)、LDPE(适用于冰箱及常温下)分别在冷藏5℃、室温(20~22℃)、40℃条件下对苹果进行保鲜包装,并通过测试苹果的失重率、切削韧度,分析比较3种环境下无包装和用PE,LDPE,HDPE保鲜袋包装苹果的保鲜效果。
Three types of polyethylene films, PE( - 60~100℃ ), HDPE( -- 60 ~110℃ ), LDPE (used in fridge and microwave oven) polyethylene films were chosen for fresh-keeping packaging of apple. Fresh- keeping packaging of apple was conducted under three conditions, 5℃, in room (20~22℃), and 40℃, and the weight loss and cutting toughness was tested. The preservation effect apple unpacked and packed with PE, HDPE, LDPE polyethylene films under these three conditions were compared.
