Three types of polyethylene films, PE（ - 60～100℃ ）, HDPE（ -- 60 ～110℃ ）, LDPE （used in fridge and microwave oven） polyethylene films were chosen for fresh-keeping packaging of apple. Fresh- keeping packaging of apple was conducted under three conditions, 5℃, in room （20～22℃）, and 40℃, and the weight loss and cutting toughness was tested. The preservation effect apple unpacked and packed with PE, HDPE, LDPE polyethylene films under these three conditions were compared.
