探讨应激与中医证的关系

文章探讨了应激与中医证之间的关系,认识到应激与中医"证"之间存在高度的相关性,并且得出肝主疏泄的生理功能和肝失疏泄的病理过程与慢性应激有密切的关系。基于对应激和中医证关系认识,文章对中医肝及其相关证的基础研究提出几点建议:首先,采用慢性应激方式建立符合肝之相关证候的病证结合动物模型;其次,采用肝之证候常见的生物表征、有意义的微观指标和相关度较高的方剂和药物等来评价相应的证候模型;最后,重视系统生物学技术在中医肝及相关证候研究中的作用。通过以上探讨和建议,以期为中医肝及其相关证候的研究提供新的思路。

英文摘要:

In this paper, several conclusions have been come after discussing the relationship between stress and syndrome. The authors conclude that there is a close relationship between stress and syndrome as well as chronic stress and the physiological function of liver controlling dispersion or even the pathological process of liver dysfunction. Based on the conclusions, the author gives some advice for the fundamental research of liver syndrome or its related syndromes. Firstly, an ideal animal model, combination of disease and syndrome, should be established with the method of chronic stress, which is considered as a suitable manner for imitating the liver syndrome or its related syndromes. Secondly, to provide some evidences for the animal model, the author illustrates some evaluation means, such as biological characterization of liver syndrome, special microcosmic indications, and the prescriptions or Chinese drugs targeting the liver syndrome or its related syndromes. Finally, systems biology, a new but hot research technology, should be paid much attention in the fundamental research of liver syndrome or its related syndromes. Through the discussion above, the authors hope to provide a new thought for the fundamental research of liver syndrome or its related syndromes.
