我国制造业的地区集聚表现出显著的行业差异与地区差异,外资对其集聚的作用亦然。在新经济地理学的视角下,笔者研究发现:FDI对制造业集聚的促进作用有明显的倒U型特征,从而使得高集聚行业的集聚水平呈现倒U型变动趋势。在考虑行业差异与地区差异后,这一发现仍有相应的稳健性。笔者的研究结论可以为因地制宜地制定与实施外资政策与产业政策提供参考依据。
The manufacturing agglomeration in China shows outstanding features of industry differences and regional differences, so does the FDI's effect on that agglomeration. Under the perspective of New Economic Geography's theory, this paper gets following results: FDI's effect on high agglomeration degree industries has inverted-U shaped characteristics, making the agglomeration degree in high agglomeration degree industries shows an inverted-U shaped trend. Generally, after considering industry differences and regional differences, these results are robust. These findings have significant enlightenment on understanding FDI's effect and making industrial policy.
