The population in Fuzhou still keeps centralizing to the city center. However, there has also been a tendency of people spreading outwards trom the city center as well. Factors that affect the change in population distribution in Fuzhou include such macro factors as the geographic environment, cultural environment, governmental policy guidance, and city planning, arid economic factors such as industrial structure and land supply, and infrastructure factors such as traffic development and public service facilities, etc.
